11. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Broker Toolbox uses the Google Calendar API to enable two-way calendar synchronization for users who choose to connect their Google account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use Compliance Statement: The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data accessed through Workspace APIs is never transferred to third-party AI or machine learning services.

Specifically, Google Calendar data (including event titles, times, locations, and attendees) is:

• Used solely to display, create, edit, and delete calendar events within your Broker Toolbox account
• Never transmitted to OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other AI or machine learning service
• Never used to train, improve, or inform any AI or ML model
• Never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to providing the calendar sync feature
• Stored only as necessary to maintain your calendar connections and event mappings

Our AI features (commission statement parsing, ERISA document generation, and renewal document analysis) operate exclusively on broker-uploaded documents and are completely isolated from any Google user data. These are separate, non-intersecting code paths with no shared data flow.

12. Third-Party AI Services

Broker Toolbox integrates with the following AI service providers for document processing features:

• OpenAI (GPT-4o): Used for commission statement parsing, renewal document analysis, and ERISA document generation. API tier — per OpenAI's API data usage policy, data submitted via API is not used to train OpenAI models.
• Anthropic (Claude): Used for certain document generation features. API tier — per Anthropic's usage policy, data submitted via API is not used to train Anthropic models.

These AI services are provided data only from documents that brokers explicitly upload to the platform (PDFs, Excel files, CSV files). No Google Workspace API data, calendar data, or any other data obtained from Google APIs is ever transmitted to these services.
